- Make sure the modem is plugged in, turned on and working.
- Make sure everything is plugged in or if you are using wireless make sure are connected to the modem.
- Contact your service provider to test the outgoing line for you.
- Save your internet access username and password.
- Reset your modem.
- Re-enter your internet access login information.
- After following all these steps and your internet still not working, your modem may be damaged and you will have to replace it or call an expensive technician to help.
